We all want to look our best, and for most women having perky breasts is part of that esthetic. To help make your breasts the best they can be you may want to consider undergoing a breast lift or breast augmentation. Here are 8 tips to help keep your new breasts in top shape.
- Eat A Healthy Diet
Your breasts rely on vitamins C and B to build the supportive tissue and collagen that keeps them perky. Orange juice and other fruits are an excellent source of both these vitamins. To help ensure you are getting these important vitamins consider adding a small glass of orange juice to your breakfast routine. - Don't gorge on junk food
Many of us likely still have a stash of Halloween candy hidden away in the pantry, but be sure you indulge sparingly. As women enter their 30’s and 40’s their breasts become more fat based. The more weight we gain, the more fat we gain overall, including on our breasts which can cause them to sag. - Moderate your weight loss
Losing weight quickly can cause your breasts to sag. When we lose weight it takes time for our skin to adjust. But don’t give up on your weight loss goals. Wearing a fitted bra will help keep breasts from sagging while your skin adjusts. - Don't smoke
Smoking is terrible for your body, including your breasts. Smoking damages the skin around your breasts, causing it to become damaged and appear stretched and saggy. - Moisturize
Keeping your skin moisturized is key to keeping it soft and healthy, and breasts are no exception. A good moisturizer, like one made with shea butter, will help slow down the sagging process. - Buy a Good Sports Bra
Though running provides excellent exercise the up and down motion can be very hard on your breasts. Counteract this by wearing a really good sports bra, and consider swapping a few of your weekly runs for swims or time on the elliptical to give your breasts a rest - Wear sunscreen
Keep your skin hydrated, and not burnt, by lathering up with sunscreen. This keeps the skin from getting damaged, dehydrated and saggy. - Wear the right bra
The right bra can make a world of difference. Prevent sagging and a variety of other problems by ensuring your bras fit properly.
