2. Blu-U Acne Treatment
Blu-U offers an effective, non-invasive and pain free skin treatment for acne. It acts by killing acne-causing bacteria and overactive oil glands, leading to healthier, more vibrant skin.
How does Blu-U acne treatment work?
The Blu-U is a unique blue light that kills the acnes bacteria in your skin. The treatment is simple: you sit with your face close to the light for a short period of time, usually 1-2 times a week.

If you are looking for a gentle way to treat your acne, the Blu-U skin treatment offers many benefits including:

Duration
The Blu-U acne treatment takes approximately 20 minutes and it is recommended that you schedule an appointment 1-2 times a week.
How many skin treatments do I need?
Many patients see significant improvement in their skin after 2-4 weekly treatment sessions of the blue light therapy.
Results
You may experience some mild redness or bruising of the treated areas lasting up to 14 days. However, most patients are completely healed and able to enjoy their results within 1 week.
3. Blu-U with Levulan Acne Treatment
For more severe cases of acne, an aminolevulinic acid called Levulan is applied to the skin and left on for 1 hour prior to the Blu-U acne treatment. This makes the skin more responsive to the action of the blue light, resulting in a better and more effective outcome.
